DESCRIPTION:Job Posting\n\nTechnical Support Engineer - Level 1\n\n\n\nWe 
 are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Level 1.  The Technic
 al Support Engineer - Level 1 (TSE) will primarily be responsible for Supp
 orting DDN Systems / Solutions World-Wide. This position can be either rem
 ote, office-based, or hyrbid.  The TSE will need to have a good knowledge 
 of IT (Information Technology) to be able to partner strongly with Custome
 rs to help resolve technical problems.  Strong communication skills (both 
 written and verbal) and customer focus are required. \n\nResponsibilities 
 for this role include but are not limited to:\n<li>First level of support 
 for customers to solve technical issues on storage hardware and software p
 roducts\n<li>Manage all open tickets and ensure customers get regular upda
 tes regarding case status\n<li>Support work is done via e-mail, remote acc
 ess, phone\n<li>Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities, ens
 uring all objectives are accomplished\n<li>Write, proofread, and submit kn
 owledgebase articles\n<li>Eager to learn / improve technical skills to sol
